easy access great surprise short walk
I GOT upgraded to a twin room with ensuite upon arrival IT was a GREAT surprise The bed WAS comfortable and the shower worked really WELL. I appreciated the easy access to the town center, it was a SHORT walk.

I arrived and received an upgrade to a twin room en suite. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. I appreciated this kind gesture after my travels.
The tv remote stopped working . It recognized button presses but failed to control the television. This small issue affected my evening relaxation.

early check-in friendly service bathroom upgrade
I was allowed to check in earlier (very kind gesture) than usual. This was helpful after a long night of work. The customer service was excellent and friendly. Thank you for the upgrade as well. I did not have to share a bathroom.
The exterior of the building looked a bit scruffy. The public areas inside seemed old fashioned. Some areas could use a refresh.
